The Digital Ecosystem team is a newly formed team focused on developing and delivering on strategies to better support our extensive network of partners in the tax ecosystem. These range from accountants to tax agents and include digital service providers offering solutions for financial, tax and payroll management. In this role you will have the opportunity to shape the future direction of Inland Revenue while also being part of building a team that will make a positive difference to our partners, our customers and NZ Inc.

As Senior Change Analyst, you will be responsible for building an actionable understanding of the digital ecosystem, the key stakeholders, and the drivers, trends, and dynamics that define this fast-moving commercial landscape. This understanding will be used to inform IR's strategic planning while also contributing to building an improved organisational understanding of the digital ecosystem.

You will be actively engaged with different partners, understanding their needs and requirements, and supporting them in managing change driven by the Digital strategy. Internally you will work to share your understanding with critical stakeholders across the business to ensure that our strategy and change initiatives are well understood and that there is a readiness for the impact of the changes we are driving.,

In this varied role you will:

• Have accountability for providing the insights and understanding of the digital ecosystem needed for the effective development and delivery of the digital strategy.
• Engage extensively with external partners and internal stakeholders to build a deep understanding of the ecosystem and its participants.
• Monitor the performance of the digital partner ecosystem and assist in required control and risk remediation activities such as audits and intervention.
• Assist in facilitating change through troubleshooting, issue resolution, escalation and issue remediation as required across the digital ecosystem.
• Provide support to change management and delivery activities related to the introduction of new services or modification of existing services
• Engage with our organisation wide change network and communities of practice to work alongside other change partitioners to promote good change management practices.

• Experience of using various engagement models, approaches and tools to gather actionable insights and share these across critical stakeholder groups.
• Change management capabilities to support and enable change initiatives and successfully manage change impact using different change management frameworks and approaches.
