We are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team. This role will act as a subject matter expert across all business areas and business processes; responsible for understanding end to end business processes across the majority of business capabilities.

​The role is for a 12 month fixed term contract for which you will be an integral part of the project team. You will deliver Harrods drop ship strategy by delivery of new capability, as well as enhancing current capability for Harrods to offer an extended range of Luxury products offered by our Brand partners on the Harrods.com website.  You will be working closely with the Head of Digital Brand Partnerships to ensure that the changes delivered are reusable, scalable and fit the strategy to provide a standard set of approaches to onboard new brands.  You will be responsible for delivering a consistent, clear and detailed set of business requirements for the project, analysing and documenting business requirements for key processes and producing clear, accurate, agreed documentation,

About You

You will be an experienced Business Analyst, with understanding and insight of the retail industry, You will have had exposure delivering solutions and developing business processes across departments such as dispatch and supply chain operations, merchandising, digital ecommerce and technologies that support the customer journey and experience.
