About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12 month transforming Operations project. You will understand and document current state processes, re-engineer, challenge and optimise processes and gather data and analyse to identify/quantify opportunities. A strong confidence in writing user stories to enable a build of technology solutions to uplift Operations is required.

Skills Required:

• Senior Business Analyst
• Excellent all-round BA skills
• Strong stakeholder management, articulation of complex processes
• Pega, Robotics or automation skills would be a bonus but not essential
• Strong collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills
