We are seeking a Functional Consultant/Senior BA (Salesforce) to help drive continuous improvements initiatives in a complex environment.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Be experienced in managing the backlog in terms of collation, assessment, and sizing of user stories/work.
• Come up with practical solutions to help build out the new Salesforce CRM product.
• Manage artefacts as per standard company processes throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Confident working in agile environments.
• Experience with clear story writing, previous use of Kanban boards is a bonus. 
• Connect and communicate with business users, developers, and testers, to ensure that requirements gathered are then developed into a world class CRM platform.
