Senior Business Analyst

This particular role requires someone with a strong customer focus who can truly hit the ground running in an environment of change and transformation. You'll be helping the organisation by using the Agile framework to its maximum potential within large, complex programmes of work.

What will you be doing?

• Working in an Agile continuous delivery environment and be responsible for analysing and documenting requirements, facilitate workshops and design solution sessions.
• You'll help your stakeholders to understand their business needs and the implications on our processes and systems.
• Working on a range of projects looking strategically at requirements.
• Working closely with architects and developers as they design, build and deliver solutions to our customers.
• Supporting the investigation and introduction of new technologies into TEC.
• Supporting other BAs across the organisation to ensure constancy of approach.

What can you bring?

Experience and skills in:

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to hone in on key risks/issues but balance these with a pragmatic approach.
• Capability to analyse issues and provide comprehensive options assessment.
• Experience producing high quality requirements within agreed timeframes that are used to support the definition of a solution that meets business objectives.
• Ability to communicate effectively so developers and other project team members have shared understanding of delivery outcomes and approach required.
