Your new role

This practice is seeking a Senior Architect who can step in a studio lead position. The role consists of managing the current project workflow along with its existing team of experience architectural technicians and graduates. You will be the face of the Christchurch studio working directly with clients and overseeing the compete design process start to finish. Within this role there will be an element of business development, along with the ongoing development of existing relationships which continue to provide a strong pipeline of work.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this position you will be a registered architect with previous project delivery and management experience. You will have a proven track record showing your ability to deliver projects and build meaningful relationships with the client, contractor, and relevant consultants. You will have the ability to lead a small team and actively mentor the existing team. You will have previous experience in using either Revit or ArchiCAD.
