Job Description
Supports 2+ members of executive team.
Coordinates efficiently and promotes professional branding with external key partners (regulators, board/committee members, provider CEOs, government officials, etc.)
Will support committees as needed, internal meetings and projects.
Will track compliance obligations through support of line of business joint operating meetings.
Provides back up assistance to other admins
Participates in rotation of in office responsibilities with other admins (mail, etc.)
Coordinates new hire activities, orders supplies for departments.

Required Qualifications
Expert Microsoft Suite – PPT, One Note, Word, Excel
Sharepoints, Teams, Web ex
Master of organization
Strong communication skills, problem-solving and decision making
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Self directed
