Senior Administration Officer - Partnership Operations
Full-Time, Fixed-Term
Located at Melbourne, Bundoora campus or any other regional Victorian campus.
[HEO6] - $80,515- $86,870 per annum + 17% superannuation
About the position
This position works as part of the Placements Operations team which co-ordinates work based learning opportunities across the Schools. This position is responsible for the management of complex partner and student queries associated with work based learning administration, and managing agreement and quality assurance processes for minor/transactional partners within the portfolio.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have
A Degree with subsequent relevant experience to consolidate the theories and principles learned, or extensive experience, leading to either the development of specialist expertise or to the development of broad knowledge, in technical or administrative fields, or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise developed through extensive relevant experience and application.
Demonstrated ability to gain a conceptual understanding of relevant policies, procedures or systems and interpretation in the application of policy and/or precedent.
