About the Team

Within People and Culture sit the Aboriginal Employment team who lead the implementation of targeted Aboriginal employment initiatives and programs for Transport for NSW.

 

The opportunity

Right now, we have a Permanent full time opportunity for an experienced Employment advisor to partner with key stakeholders to provide professional, timely and culturally appropriate advice and support in line with program obectives, organisational policies/procedures and legislation.

About you

Key knowledge and experience;

Demonstrated ability to develop sound business partnerships and influence results through crucial internal and external stakeholders and partners.

Process driven – able to manage multiple moving processes simultaneously

At least >12 months experience in a related role

Clear communication – written and verbal

Identify, monitor and evaluate people issues, minimising risks

 

Essential requirements;

 

Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.

 

 

Salary and Benefits

 

The salary for this position is Grade 9A ($138,670) – 9E ($155,309) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
