Job Purpose
A fantastic opportunity awaits an experienced Security Supervisor to join a large security team,
working at our client’s site, in their prestigious head office, located in the City of London. The
successful candidate will ensure the safety of all staff, visitors, & contractors, visiting the building. You
will be responsible for the security of this large iconic building, including all assets associated with the
client. You will be expected to have experience in staff management, delivering an excellent customer
service, within a safe & secure environment. You will support & manage a team of security officers,
ensuring that the security team conducts themselves professionally, & in line with the client’s
expectations, including following procedures & working practices, as laid out in site SOPs.
This is a varied & challenging role, you will need to be a confident communicator, able to
communicate at a high level with the client, the police, fire service & other agencies, both verbally &
written. You will be expected to train & develop new officers, while supporting the advancement of

Duties & Responsibilities
ï‚· Support a team of Officers ensuring all duties are carried out in accordance with procedures and policies.
ï‚· To ensure all employees are trained to the required standard and subject to regular effective
performance monitoring.
ï‚· Ensure the teams licenses are renewed in a timely fashion.
ï‚· Ensuring all posts are covered daily with fully trained, fully uniformed, fully equipped with correct
PPE.

 Conducting audits and ensuring staff are compliant with KPI’s and industry standards.
ï‚· Ensuring that all training is signed off and understood by the officers.
 Ensuring the delivery of services including preventing company’s assets damage/loss and
responsible for access and egress control
ï‚· Support emergencies, including fire evacuation, lift entrapment, first aid and conflict
management
ï‚· Make sure that all staff report for duty on time, in the correct uniform, are smart and ready for
work.
ï‚· Keeping documentation and reporting up to date and accurate.
ï‚· Managing and maintaining all electronic systems.
 To have awareness of the client’s business and brands.
ï‚· Preparing reports and responses to audit queries.
 Implementation of security procedures and policies in agreed client SOP’s.
ï‚· Ensuring you and your team are fully conversant with all the group operational standards and
procedures for security.
ï‚· Creating reports accurately and factually on incidents and accidents on the premises.
ï‚· Audit the provisioning access control & correcting any issues.
ï‚· Updating access control groups on the systems and amending anti pass back when tasked.
ï‚· Co-ordinate day to day operational needs by assisting management e.g., daily roster, staff
admin.
ï‚· Follow up & implement daily tasks passed/requested by management, as and when requested.
ï‚· Ensure that there is a thorough handover after each shift.
ï‚· Manage/audit lost & found
ï‚· Ensure that disciplinary protocols are followed

ï‚· CCTV and access control system knowledge
ï‚· Strong leadership abilities with previous experience in a supervisory role within a control room
environment
ï‚· Valid front-line SIA Security Licence minimum.
ï‚· Valid SIA Public Space Surveillance (PPS) license (Required).
ï‚· First-Aid certificate
ï‚· GDPR knowledge
