- Incident response
- First Aid attendance
- Retailer and customer assistance
- Access Control / CCTV review/monitoring
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Valid QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller component
- Security Certificates
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Proof of Australian Work Rights
- Control Room Experience
- Demonstrated Retail Shopping Centre experience
- The ability to work closely with the client and Securecorp to ensure all service deliveries are provided in line with client expectation and best practice
