Alliance Group has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a to lead the Fellmongery operation at Lorneville Plant, Invercargill.

About You

As a supervisor, you will report to the department Senior Supervisor and be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees and other resources to ensure the success of the department and our site.

You will be the type of person who wants to contribute to the growth and profitability of Alliance Group Ltd through planning, leading, and organising of the manpower resources, assets, materials, and activities in the Fellmongery department.

Leads by example and ensures health and safety is paramount.

Ideally, you will :

• Demonstrate and promote the Alliance Group values and core behaviours.
• Be approachable with good interpersonal communication skills.
• Have proven numeracy and English literacy skills.
• Be dynamic, enthusiastic, with an enquiring mind.
• Is trustworthy, dependable and enjoys working in a team.
• Have sound computer proficiencies.

Completion of NCEA Level 3 is preferred, but not essential.
