You will be working in a hands on chilled environment and have a passion for delicious fish and shellfish. As a Seafood Assistant during your shift you could expect to be  

●    Keeping our seafood cabinets well stocked and presented with our fine, fresh fish and shellfish 

●    Portraying excellent customer service skills when helping our customers with their seafood selections 

●    Learning about and adhering to food safety policies

In this role we are looking for our new team member to have

●    A willingness to work with all types of raw fish and shellfish

●    Strong attention to detail when it comes to food safety checks 

●    A willingness to work on your feet for most of your shift

●    An immaculate eye for presentation
