About the role:

Healthcare Australia are seeking dedicated nurses with preoperative experience and excellent people skills who thrive off the challenge of providing patients with the highest standard of care.

The successful candidates will be experienced in Scrubbing, Scout, Anaesthetics & Recovery, and will be employed on a permanent full-time or permanent part-time basis. 

Scrub Scout Nurse:

Ensure availability of necessary equipment, instruments and sterile stock

Anticipate needs of surgeon

Perform surgical count with circulating nurse as per acorn standards

Ensure aseptic technique is adhered to

Ensure waste / disposables are handled in the correct manner

Ensure comprehensive handover to recovery nurse  

Requirements:

AHPRA Registration

1 year experience minimum 

Current Police Check 

Working with Children Check

2021 Flu Vaccine

Covid-19 Vaccine
