Job Description

We are working with several businesses across Auckland who are looking for number of scheduling coordinators to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

  • 14 Permanent Scheduling Coordinator positions
  • Based on the outskirts of Auckland Central/ East Auckland
  • Opportunities to work both from home and in the office
  • Attractive Salary ranging from $55 - $65k
  • Full training will be provided

About the roles You will be receiving inbound and making outbound calls to both stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate and schedule work. You will have an account of clients who are using your services and you will look after them for the whole lifecycle from the first phone call to completion on the work.

About you:

  • You will have worked in an admin support role previously and will have strong customer service skills
  • Have previous experience updating information into a CRM system
  • Attributes we are looking for include problem solving, interpersonal skills, time management and strong communication
