No day in the Chief Resilience & Security Office is the same. In Group Operational Resilience and Security, we engage right across the Group to champion safety, security and resilience for customers. This includes designing and delivering the Bank’s operational resilience strategy, policy and associated frameworks, as well as leading on regulatory requirements and industry engagement. As a Senior Manager a key responsibility will be to design, lead and manage the Bank’s scenario testing strategy across all operational pillars.Job Description
We're looking for someone who:
Is recognised by peers as a leader and a highly capable operational resilience subject matter expert, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements
Has experience in defining scenario exercising strategies and libraries for a large organisation, and works collaboratively across the company to lead on the delivery of these exercises
Is customer centric with experience in creating customer treatment strategies for large organisations
Encourages others and has a strong background of working with multiple people to deliver sophisticated outcomes on time
Is a proactive self-starter who is organised and has the ability to plan and prioritise activities
Understands complex issues quickly and can act accordingly
Has experience of working within a highly regulated risk and control organisation and is motivated to ensure that the right outcomes are met
Key responsibilities will include:
Design, lead, manage and oversight the Bank’s exercising strategy across all operational pillars (including Critical Business Infrastructure, Cyber, Technology, People & Property pillars.
Leading, managing and providing oversight on the Group's:
Exercising outputs to support annual regulatory self-assessment reporting
Sign off co-ordination of the Group’s confidence assessments.
Important Business Service customer treatment strategies.
Exercise scenario library
Remediation of any vulnerabilities identified linked to Important Business Services.
