Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• SAP Payroll Experience (Implementation/Support)
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience working within Payroll operations
• Project management experience and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, vendors and international teams
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Payroll Transformation team working to Optimize the payroll process. You will be an expert in global payroll process design and deeply familiar with SAPs Employee Central Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain SAP Payroll Processes and workflows 
• Assess overall process health, identifying key drivers of inefficiencies, and measuring the operational impact of these
• Design and implement solutions which maintain global consistency while ensuring country specific requirements are addressed 
• Define testing approach for solutions including test plan and specific scenarios
