The opportunity
As we build out our Sales Operations team, we are looking for an internal-facing Salesforce Business Analyst to identify and deploy new and optimized business process capabilities enabled by Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities. You will work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts and take ownership of improving our SFDC platform and associated business processes and tools. You will apply your Salesforce expertise to bridge our sales operations and process needs with the system's capabilities. Working in collaboration with the IT team, you will evaluate new business project requests, assess business value, and share priorities to ensure enhancements are delivered in a timeframe to meet the business requirements. In addition, you will conduct UAT testing, prepare the training materials, deliver the training, and provide end-user support.

What you will do
Serve as the primary business contact for the Salesforce XBU environment. You will leverage your knowledge of industry best practices and work with business functions to uncover opportunities for business improvement by enhancing SFDC and integrated applications.
Manage projects. You will evaluate and prioritize requests, detailing acceptance criteria and timelines. You will establish and maintain processes and documentation to manage the scope for each stage of long-term projects, upgrades, and developer releases.
Analyze and report. You will work with various stakeholders globally to elicit feedback and gain an understanding of needs and challenges. You will analyze data to determine business value and build-out requirements documentation for the technical team to use as guidance for configuring new customizations, optimizations, and integrations.
Support adoption. You will coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements in Salesforce. You will create documentation and provide both training and ongoing support to end-users to build out Salesforce capabilities and knowledge in the organization effectively.
You will have
The knowledge. You have an in-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform functionality. You have a proven ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. Ideally, you are Salesforce.com Admin ADX201 / ADM201 certified.
The project management skills. You have experience coordinating projects and working with internal teams to create tools, customizations, and processes. You take a consultative approach to understanding and bridging business needs with technical capabilities, gathering data, sharing requirements, creating user acceptance testing, and producing exceptional process documentation. You are highly detail-oriented and can adapt rapidly to changing priorities under tight deadlines. Your focus is accomplishing every milestone while ensuring processes are followed, and issues are proactively dealt with.
The interpersonal skills. You have flexible and effective communications skills. You have expertise working closely with internal stakeholders and end-users to identify business challenges and to develop effective strategies to realize visions and increase adoption. You are comfortable working with high-level executives and influencing without authority.
