The Sales Support will provide complete administrative support to the sales team including dealing with incoming license enquiries and fielding general internal and client queries. The focus of this role will be to process incoming content license orders to include rights checking and maintaining comprehensive records of orders, deliveries and invoicing and other relevant client and territory information.
You will support sales teams to develop presentations and business proposals to support the Sales Manager/Director in executing the sales/pitch process. You will source and collate market analytics, research & insights and pricing data in support of the development of pitch materials.
You will be proactive in developing market knowledge and insights around key clients, competitors, territory, content or product slate and audience demographics – communicating this information to support of Sales Managers in the identification of sales opportunities and aligning the sales pipeline to key clients for pitch.
You will distribute appropriate marketing information to clients in the territory – regular content newsletters, e-catalogues, e-brochures and other relevant publicity, prepare specific presentation for sales pitches as required by the sales team and liaise with Marketing Team on direct marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with the Sales Delivery team to ensure new and existing clients are configured and have access to sales related systems and tools (eg OLC portal). Coordinating with clients and the Sales Delivery team to obtain information required to ensure system configuration is processed.
You will coordinate the handover of the sale at the conclusion of deal negotiations to the Sales Delivery team; ensure contracts are issued and a smooth transition of the deal to post sales support and asset delivery is achieved - liaising with Sales Managers, Clients and the Sales Delivery team as required.
