Our client in the electric manufacturing is looking for an inside sales representative to support the company in reviewing orders and collaborating with customers on delivery. Reporting to the vice president of sales, the inside sales representative will contribute to the company’s success by preparing reports, reviewing trends, and forecasting sales.

Requirements

Job Duties

• Work closely with customers to learn about key trends and matrices.
• Learn and understand company’s products and inventory requirements
• Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and emails
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Qualification

• 2+ years of sales experience working in similar environment
• Experience in writing, reviewing, and formatting reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
