Lochore's Real Estate Ltd is under new management - we are a family based local business with over 40 years experience in residential sales, project marketing and property management. We pride ourselves on our work culture and are a positive, fun-loving hard-working team.

This is a full time position in a front office customer service role and sales support for our sales team. You will be:

• Outgoing and friendly with an approachable can-do attitude and sense of humour
• At a strong advantage with Real Estate experience
• Tech savvy
• Undertaking front line reception duties including greeting customers, answering phone calls, relaying the calls or taking messages if necessary
• Supporting our sales team with their office requirements including preparing sale and purchase agreements
• Undertaking general office duties such as photocopying, filing, ordering and storing inventory

To succeed in this role you will need to have:

• Experience with Vault software or other CRM would be beneficial, however is not essential
• Great communication skills
• Excellent organisation ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to quality of work
