Our client is looking for a Sales Support / Customer Service Representative in Nelson to facilitate the delivery of efficient, accurate and timely services to all customers and / or suppliers.

This role primarily involves :

  • Meeting and exceeding customers' expectations to have orders and enquiries processed in an accurate, prompt, and courteous manner.
  • Adequately and promptly informing customers of any delays or changes to any expected deliveries or providing suitable alternative solutions.
  • Ensuring effective communication exists both within the Customer Service team and other areas of the organisation.
  • Providing administration support to the Sales team.
  • Actively promoting stock and preparing all brochures and media.
  • Providing support to the Warehouse team with receipting of inbound orders and picking orders for despatch.

  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office efficiency packages.
