We are looking for an expert in Sales, Sales Consultant, Sales Strategy, Marketing or Programs execution individual to join the growing UK&I Sales Programs team. The role will report into the Senior Director for the COO office, and the position will be based out of our London or Dublin Office, alongside the wider Sales Programs team.
The Sales Programs role is instrumental within the Sales organisation and features a mix of Demand Generation planning/co-ordination/execution based on Pipeline trending analysis and participation in the sales leadership as a key partner. You will be part of and work in an outstanding team, where partnership and collaboration is cultivated by all, across borders and groups.
This is an excellent opportunity for a experienced Sales Programs/Business development-level manager or an experienced Sales, Sales Enablement or Marketing professional with outstanding intuition for business and strong program management skills to get into the most innovative company in the high tech industry.
Results take the form of recommendations and ownership (initial phases) of the local Demand Generation plans, Campaign and Programs creation/execution, sales/marketing alignment, Sales enablement coordination, Innovation and Best Practice sharing. The successful candidate will regularly brief executives and own various cross-functional initiatives.
The Role
The ideal candidate will:
Work together with Sales Management, Sales Dev Managers, Business Strategy and Marketing to build structured pipegen programs for the Sales organisation to execute and drive.
Be Accountable and Scale a best-in-class and consistent consolidated demand generation plan/calendar to meet Sales pipeline generation targets, taking into account sales priorities for the region.
Support the Coordination of AE/ Business Development programs including planning process, involving key partners in business development, sales and sales management, in alignment with marketing plans.
Ensure full engagement of sales teams in relevant demand generation actions via ongoing communication and review of results, with full involvement in the Sales management team.
Own and be accountable for the regional Demand Generation board and Pipeline machine cadence, pipeline health-check review, pipeline targets and regional pipeline management reviews.
Present to senior level management on pipeline trends and progression, including strategic recommendations and inclusive action plan, with a view to developing the business and solving performance issues.
Align with Global and EMEA teams on campaigns, promotions and messaging (industry and competitive) to targeted industries, segments and accounts.
Activities may include: co-ordination of all contributors to sales program activities; delivering briefings, continuous improvement in contacts lists and content, reporting on results and successes, assessing effectiveness, recommending areas of improvement
Ensure full engagement of sales teams in relevant demand generation actions via ongoing communication and review of results.

Identifying and promoting best use of demand generation tools within sales teams, and sharing demand generation best practice across segments.
Desired experience
Strong experience in a similar programs role or business development, sales readiness, marketing, sales enablement or sales, in a high tech environment. Combination of these an advantage.
Proven track record in driving demand generation / campaigns / programs through and with senior field sales organisation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems
Strong leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skills
Must be able to network across the company and to build/manage cross-functional virtual teams
Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach to demand generation through sales teams
Proactive, creative and innovative thinker. Must be able to generate consistently new ideas for driving and supporting divisional priorities through Sales Programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful
Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, Salesforce experience an advantage.
