Garrison Bespoke is on the leading edge of men\'s bespoke fashion trends, styling clients from all walks of life- creative entrepreneurs, executives, iconic film and sport personalities, modern grooms - so they can be recognized for their sense of style and confidence.

- Great social skills, energy and enthusiasm. You have a way with people; a smile & energy that puts them at ease, paired with great attention to detail & memory to make people feel special
- You are all about the client & helping them look and feel great as part of our brand community. You have an excellent sense of style to assist your clients to dress well & stay on trend with fashion
- You build trust with clients through good relationships, so you are able to introduce new wardrobe concepts to them with ease
- You love creating community around what you do, and actively seek to document & share on social media. You take pride in the outfits you style for clients and love sharing photographs & videos of them, as well as other fun happenings around the store & community- life is to be lived, celebrated & documented!
- You\'re eager to learn and develop. You don\'t need fashion experience for this role, but you will need to play full out to reach maximum potential. A strong sense of urgency, priority, and healthy competitive nature are valuable to have
Skills & Experience
- 1 year in a sales or relationship development role- does not have to be in the fashion industry
- Excellent conversational skills in English- in person, by phone, text, email- you can easily carry a conversation with people from all walks of life in any setting. A strong phone manner, and willingness to pick up the phone is absolutely essential, if you don\'t like speaking on the phone, this isn\'t the role for you
- Comfortable with tech- CRM, calendar/scheduling tools, photos/videos, social media, email
- Coachable- you do not need men\'s fashion sales experience, we will teach you, but you do need an openness to learn and be coached
- Strong attention to detail and memory skills, excellent time management with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Schedule:
5 days/week, Tuesday-Sunday-Â **must** be available Saturdays, must be available Sundays through the Spring/busy wedding season.
