We are proudly the largest Independent 100% NZ Family Owned & Operated Liquor group in NZ. We are a specialist liquor retailer formed in 2003, starting with their first-ever store in Marewa, Napier, and has since grown to over 43 stores nationwide and going strong.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with some retail experience to join our team in Porirua.
This role includes but not limited to:
-managing the store on your own
-Serving Customers and assisting them to find what they looking for
-Taking Deliveries and stocking up shelves -Inventory control
-to work with store layouts -Store Cash-ups,
-Receiving/dispatching deliveries if required.
-Customer Service, Enquiries and complaint management
-Work well independently
-You will need to be highly organized and self-motivated and also work well within our close-knit team
-Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and desire to see the business grow with your input
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail -Empathy with our customers
-Extremely clear and professional phone communication
Very customer service oriented -Enjoy a busy environment
- Unflappable under pressure
-Able to multi-task, juggling phones and admin.
-Process and systems are driven. Efficient and effective!
-A good geographical knowledge of NZ -Upbeat personality
- Definite sense of humour.
-Ability to take a logical approach to problem-solving
-Recent/Previous experience in Retail Liquor, retail store/bar management, and administration is compulsory
-You need to be physically fit as there will be some lifting involved
