The Devices and Services Business Organization team manages relationships with retailers and carriers globally. We are responsible for defining the consumer go-to-market strategy to maximize the adoption of Google’s devices and services solutions.

As the Sales Operations Manager for Pixel in EMEA, you will work with the partnerships team to forecast sales performance, analyze sales and market trends, as well as compile sales performance insights to present to the cross-functional team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with various other teams.

Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance compared to demand forecast, understand the root causes for over or under performance, and write clear and concise reviews.
  • Assess risks and contingencies and work with Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to build plans to mitigate risks and drive sales performance. 
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning in times of product shortage to maximize growth and support our partners.
  • Understand, interpret, and visualize performance and changing market trends for presenting to internal management and global counterparts. 
  • Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to understand market trends, performance trends, or support the preparation of business reviews, to provide actionable insights to the business.
