- Creating sale analytics for Sales Leadership on compensation results and plan effectiveness to provide business insights on a quarterly basis; routinely ran ad-hoc scenario analysis for the same audience
- Report on QTRLY Expense of Global Compensation Plans
- Partner with Sales Finance and Commissions Finance to accurately report and accrue commission expense on a QTRLY basis
- Build out better and more robust reporting around Sales Comp COS %
- Build, Manage and oversee $300M Commission Budget
- Drive the modernization and transformation of our compensation accrual and expense reporting system
- Define, test and track all system requirements for all compensation crediting & reporting systems (SFDC, Dynamics, ICM, Anaplan, PBI)
- Deliver an automation platform for reporting on compensation spend & analytics
- Create scalable and relevant training/documentation for processes related to comp processes & analytics.
- Ensure business understand the tools available and have the data they need to run successful and insightful reporting.
- Transform our Excel based analytics into more dynamic and accessible dashboards (PowerBI)
