Basic Salary- Up to £30,000 + Bonus (£50,000 OTE)
Hours -5 Days per Week (1 in 2 Weekends)
Location - Grimsby

Our client is seeking an experienced enthusiastic, ambitious Car Sales Manager to join their hungry team. As Sales Manager you must enjoy selling and thrive in a target driven environment.
Responsibilities of a Sales Manager
·Maintain control of Expenses with budget objectives
·Ensure the site achieves maximum profit margins with the annual budget
·Minimise vehicle stock holding costs and interest charges
·Achieve new and used car targets
·Lead and motivate a sales team - creating a professional and customer focussed environment
Skills and Qualifications of a Sales Manager
·Experience in an automotive sales environment
·Proven track record in a sales management role
·A full UK driving licence
·Be a self-motivated and ambitious person who is willing to learn
·Work efficiently under pressure and towards set targets
·Deliver excellent customer service to every customer
