Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Video and Display team is a specialist media Sales team that works with clients and their media agency partners to craft and pitch media solutions aligned to our client’s media and business objectives. We work very closely with IMs and other specialist teams to respond to strategic briefs and proactively create and pitch insight-led media solutions across Google's suite of Video and Display products.

Growing YouTube is our priority which means we are focused on brand budgets and scaling YouTube for performance investment. Our team is also responsible for managing large programmatic customers and helping them unify YouTube and top publisher buys to deliver large-scale campaigns efficiently and effectively.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and proactively drive customer growth across Google's Display and Video solutions, including YouTube, DV360 programmatic, and Google Ads solutions like discovery ads.
  • Brief media responses, pitch presentations, and building agency and client relationships.
  • Take ownership and align work to the team, organizational, and company-wide goals.
  • Use your knowledge of the broader media landscape (e.g., TV, social, etc.) to effectively position Google's media solution alongside other online and offline solutions crafting compelling narratives in verbal and written communications for customers including stakeholders reflecting a nuanced understanding of diverse audiences.
  • Build, activate, and maintain a cross-media sales strategy that delivers a customer-centric approach to driving change in media investment.
