Main Purpose:

Partnering with regional Revenue Group leadership in APAC and Japan to deliver key enablement objectives for the regions.

Owning the regional sales enablement plan; conducting skills gap analyses, preparing, and delivering learning material, and evaluating impact of enablement interventions.

An active and collaborative member of the Global Sales Enablement team in designing and delivering impactful enablement sessions that increase productivity.

Key Accountabilities:

Delivering classroom and online live enablement sessions.

Producing online content for self-paced sales learning.

Owning the sales onboarding program within region to ensure quick time-to-value for new hires.

Coordinating the translation of enablement materials where required.

Teaching best practice sales process and methodology.

The planning and hosting quarterly sales kick off events in the region.

Key Interactions and Working Relationships:

Work closely with the APAC and Japan sales leadership team to identify challenges and recommend ways to increase productivity.

Supporting the Global Sales Enablement team with the execution of sales enablement priorities.

Requirements

A proven track record of hands-on delivery of impactful sales enablement programs of enterprise software sales teams.

Strong technology sales understanding: 5+ years in a sales environment at an enterprise technology company.

An advocate for Blue Prism’s value selling approach.

Proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functions and different seniority levels (cross-function collaboration and stakeholder management).

Experience of working across multiple, diverse geographies.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Strong interpersonal / evangelist / energy

A passion for learning

Communication / presentation

English language

Japanese language proficiency would be a plus

Large group facilitation

Teamwork and building cross-functional partnerships

Strong planning and organizational skills
