The Role:

We have a global customer base, have so many exciting projects on the go, and we need some help!

That’s where you come in. We are looking for a Sales Development Social Media Appointment Setter to set appointments between prospective customers meeting our ideal customer profile and our Strategy Specialist.

This is a full-time role which can be done remotely. Hours are also flexible.

  • Engaging on facebook.
  • Creating interest on the phone and over chat.
  • Hitting targets!
  • Maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
  • Learning new things quickly.
  • Being positive, extremely adaptable and self-motivated.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Engaging with prospects over our social media channels.
  • Following up with prospects over chat and phone.
  • Sales qualification calls.
  • Updating the CRM to record notes for follow-up action, and update customer status.
  • Maintaining statistics of calls/chats made and successes achieved.
  • Other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Confident speaking ability and not being afraid to jump on the phone and speak to prospects.
  • Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Previous sales experience is a bonus but not essential for the right candidate.
  • You need to be results driven and highly motivated for reward and recognition in a heavily commission based role.
  • Great energy and fizzed to help the Automio sales team hit their targets.
