This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now looking for dynamic, resilient Sales Development Representatives to join their fast-growing team!

Sales Development Representative Package:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25k
  • Y1 OTE £50k

Sales Development Representative Role:

  • Develop strategies to identify top target prospects and contacts by utilising sales optimisation tools
  • Proactively establish rapport and build relationships with key clients to develop a pipeline of opportunities for the business over the phone and via email
  • Obtain an in-depth knowledge of the company and its products in order to have valuable conversation with the clients
  • Map and execute outbound strategy –– taking the lead from senior members of the team before striking out more independently
  • This exciting role grants real autonomy and excellent scope for progression

Sales Development Representative:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Competitive nature and resilient
  • Candidates that are encouraged by target-driven environments
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
