Our client is a top tier property development company who has achieved staggering success and market dominance on an international scale. They specialise in the construction of luxury apartments and houses and have built an unsurpassed presence across the Sydney marketplace over the last 10 years that continues to see rapid growth year on year.

A phenomenal opportunity has now become available for a switched-on Sales Administrator to support a gun Sales team in their NSW Home Building Business Unit, working closely with an accomplished Sales Director and providing end to end sales support.

The Position

In the role of Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Conduct market research and prepare market reports/presentations

Update and monitor Home Building reports and Home & Land pricing packages

Liaise with internal and external developers, agents, sales and marketing teams

Maintain sales files for Home Building transactions and prepare agreements

Own the sales administration process from pre to post-contract signing

Responsible for all aspects of Home & Land package workflow from pre-release to market

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Coordinator will have:

Previous experience in a similar role within the residential building or real estate industry (3 years' experience minimum)

A strong background in Sales Administration/Sales Support

Exceptional attention to detail and first-class analytical skillset

Outstanding negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Understanding of the home building sales process and House & Land procedures

Top notch written and verbal communication and exemplary customer service

Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
