Job Description

Bendon is a much loved, iconic New Zealand company with a history dating back 72 years. We are on a journey of transformation. The newly formed leadership team has been given the keys to an iconic New Zealand heritage brand. We currently have three positions available in our Newmarket store and we are looking for dynamic sales consultants to help bring Bendon back.

Position 1: Senior Sales Consultant 29.5 hours a week (Mon 12.30-7.15pm, Tues & Wed 1- 6pm, Thurs 4pm --9:15pm, Sun 12pm-7pm)

Position 2: Part-Time Consultant 12.5 hours (Fri 8.30 am -4 pm, Sat 9am- 3pm)

Position 3: Part-Time Consultant 13.5 hours (Fri 3.30pm -9:15pm Sat 10.30am-7.15pm)

What you'll do:

  • Use your love of lingerie and fashion to provide outstanding customer service and build trust and loyalty with our wonderful customers
  • Work with a passionate team to reach sales targets
  • Processing payments and keeping up to date with daily admin tasks, including general cleanliness and presentation of the store
  • Maintaining high store performance

Who you'll be:

  • You must be able to articulate and demonstrate how you have successfully driven positive change to achieve results
  • Superior customer service management skills to coach your team to deliver a world-class retail experience
  • A natural ability to build rapport with any customer and assist their buying decisions
  • A High Performer - you take pride in seeing your team excel and lead by example
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
  • A proactive approach, motivation to achieve and improve continuously!
