We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Associate to join our Fine Watches Team.

To be considered for this role, you must have retail experience and knowledge of Fine Watches

As an experienced Fine Watches Sales Associate, you will have an appreciation for luxury design and intricate features. You will understand the importance of building long lasting relationships with clients and have experience of high sales transactions and be able to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

You will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products within own department and increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements. You will also understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.

With a retail background in Fine Watches our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We’re a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges. Ours is a fast-paced environment and you’ll need:

• Previous experience in retail and Fine Watches is a must.
• A genuine interest and passion for Fine Watches
• Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to work within a team.
• Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
