We are recruiting passionate Sales Associates to join our exciting Beauty department.

You’ll be responsible for creating magical, memorable moments of delight and provide a world class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

You’ll demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department and increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements. You’ll also understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.

About You

With a background in customer service, ideally within retail and a passion for beauty, our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We’re a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges. Ours is a fast-paced environment and you’ll need:

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality.
• A genuine interest and passion for Beauty & Harrods.
• Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to work within a team.
• Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Flexibility to work weekends and Harrods opening hours.
