Sales and Service Administration Representative (Hybrid work arrangement available)
(The successful candidate will be required to work a 10am-6pm shift, Monday-Friday)

As a member of our Broker Shared Services team, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing daily correspondence, which includes reviewing, sorting, completing and routing incoming department correspondence.
- Reviewing and responding accordingly to customer and third party requests by contacting members and third parties for additional information, assisting with walk-in clientele and returning messages.
- Initiating communications and follow up requirements to members and appropriate parties to request or verify information as required.
- Auditing and updating policy information on the broker management system to ensure accuracy of data and policies.
- Completing administrative requests, which include assembling information and documents, sending documents to members, preparing member or prospect letters, and/or making changes to policies.
- Acting as a liaison between members and Brokers. Establishing contact and developing relationships with education affiliate prospects and members.

- A secondary school diploma.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in an office environment.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in the insurance industry or a related field is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and experience with broker management systems.
- A RIBO licence, AIC license or LLQP license/LOMA courses is preferred
