Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

As part of Partnership Strategy and Operations (PSO), you'll help to set the strategy and ensure implementation of the go-to-market for Google’s Channel Partner business. You will work as part of the Revenue Programs team, a central team responsible for strategy and operations across Google Customer Solutions programs. The team leads the design and planning for programs that generate incremental business growth for Google. We work in partnership with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Build annual EMEA-regional business plan around strategic strategy with business growth forecast. Develop innovative strategies and solutions to accelerate business growth, and design sales initiatives to capture growth opportunities locally and globally.
  • Identify opportunities for program and process improvement, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Lead and manage the successful execution of global programs within the EMEA region.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute projects, driving recommendations through to implementation.
  • Own strategy and execution for select global enablement priorities, partnering closely with peers in other regions, and colleagues in Program Design, Operations, and Partner Incentives.
