Job Description

Junior Sales Analyst wanted for super fast growing innovative research start-up to help support the sales of our global investment research services to institutional clients.

Candidate needs to be a high energy self-starter with a customer mindset, strong organisational and analytical skills, and an aptitude for CRM systems.

The role will be working very closely with the COO/Head of Sales and Marketing. This will entail research into new client opportunities and following up on leads with prospective clients.

A key focus of this role will be to support the wider Macro Hive sales team with lead generation, market research, pipeline management, CRM management and industry research.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and prospecting of new accounts
  • Market research around opportunities and helping to establish a plan of action
  • Work closely with Sales Executives to develop new pipeline opportunities and relationships
  • Working with Sales Executives to book initial meetings, demo calls and product walkthroughs with prospective accounts
  • Operationally manage CRM via HubSpot and set up new trials & subscribers
  • Oversight of pipeline of prospective clients – tracking from prospects/targets through to deal close
  • Leverage sales tools and set up multi-channel sales campaigns via LinkedIn to effectively approach prospective clients/accounts.
  • Work with the wider sales team on post-sales relationship management (contract renewal dates, meeting appointments etc.)
  • Manage and develop our library of sales material, supporting sales executives with the right resources
  • Stay on top of industry trends via research into target markets, competitor offerings & potential partner organizations

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • 0-3 years of Sales or Sales Development Experience at a B2B company - preferably in Financial Services
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (leveraging Powerpoint & Word)
  • Strong organization skills – tracking deal flow along with multiple tasks and workstreams
  • Experience preferred with HubSpot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Linkedin Campaign Software
  • Mathematical mindset with solid data analytics skills (mainly leveraging Excel)
  • Ability to develop ideas and execute solutions in an independent manner
  • Positive and high energy approach
  • Role benefits from a mix of home and office working in Mayfair, London
