We are looking for an experienced Tech Sales professional to join our Global Growth Sales Team. In this role you would be responsible for identifying, prospecting, selling and maintain sales relationships across Australia and New Zealand clients between 1,000 to 8,000 employees.
We are looking for someone who excels at picking up the phone, researching opportunities and mapping out how organizations will benefit from our technology.
You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be personable as well as capable of working independently, owning the full end to end sales cycle and really focused on delivering results. You will be supremely well organized, highly self-motivated and driven. You will be able to represent our brand and proposition and have a consistent track record with mid-sized through to enterprise level clients. Ideally you will bring a great reputation in the HR community with a wide network of people.
This role leads negotiations, through complex procurement with c-suite stakeholders in enterprise organisations. Working as an individual contributor alongside and with the support of other internal departments to overcome objections and meet client expectations.
This role is remote, so can be based anywhere across Australia.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
At least 4+ years of professional selling experience in technology sales
Experience selling HR Technology is a plus
Experience with early market technology is preferred
Proven track record (3+ years) of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and sales quotas
Successful experience at new account development or large account management
Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
Experience and training in a value-based enterprise sales methodology
Strong network of senior HR practitioners is a plus
