As a Customer Support Representative, reporting to the Customer Success Team Lead, you are responsible for providing both reactive and proactive support and services to our valued customers, through their lifecycle with us.

We will support and make sure that the right candidate will have full functional software knowledge with the ability to solve problems and suggest solutions across a range of customer business processes and requirements.

To be successful in this role, the following helps:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience providing phone and email support to external customers, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Zendesk (or similar) service desk and using softphone
  • Salesforce (or similar) CRM experience
  • Experience managing the customer’s expectations and being able to acknowledge when customer issues need to be escalated
  • Being technologically savvy with experience in troubleshooting software
  • The ability to take ownership and use your own initiative
  • Knowledge of API’s and integrations is a plus
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills - listening, understanding, and empathizing
  • Attention to detail and follow up
  • Well organized and focused, able to effectively prioritize workloads
  • A positive outlook in life and a sense of humour will help fit into our global team
