Route Service Representative

Job Summary: As the primary customer contact for our company you will handle all aspects of servicing customers on assigned routes by following company route policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities: 

• High level Professional Customer Service
• Deliver invoiced product and pick up soiled product at customer sites
• Perform inventory audits 
• Perform satisfaction reports with customers
• Leave a clean and orderly work area at customers and our company  location
• Effectively load and unload vehicle
• Effective communication skills
• Safe operation of company fleet
• Customer Satisfaction and Retention

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age to operate company fleet
• Valid non-commercial license in good standing
• Safe driving record
• Good communication and language skills
• Prior customer service, delivery and/or entrepreneurial experience preferred
• High school diploma, some college is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation
• Physical capable of carrying up to 50 lbs.
