What will you be doing?
Corporate Identity
- Support with long-term roll out of new Rolls-Royce Corporate Identity including logos, font and colour palette
- Interaction between regions, dealers and central marketing for Corporate Identity adherence
- Oversee internal communication platforms to ensure Corporate Identity is applied correctly
- Support with budget management including raising Purchase Orders and ensuring budget trackers and documentation are up to date
VID
- Support with the roll out of Rolls-Royce Visual Identity in all dealerships worldwide
- Liaising with and managing relationships with the supply chain involved in the new VID roll out. This includes coordinating logistics, and being the point of contact for enquiries from the suppliers who are providing all items to the showrooms, such as furniture, signage, lighting, colour and trim samples etc.
- Liaising with the supplier and internal Ownership Services colleagues to ensure adequate stock of colour and trim sample parts
- Support with budget management including raising Purchase Orders and ensuring budget trackers and documentation are up to date
- Managing model year update planning and ensuring dealers have new colour and trim samples in time for product launches
- Ensuring digital content is up to date for use in showrooms and liaising with various departments to source content and upload to the dealer platform (engine)
- Oversee all dealer projects to ensure timeframes are met as well as flagging and resolving issues which arise
- Supporting with dealer communications through the production and upload of dealer bulletins.
Qualifications
- Working towards a 2:1 or above at degree level.
- Fluent in English (both spoken & written).
- German language is advantageous.
- Experienced Microsoft Office user, including Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- A can-do attitute with the desire to go above and beyond.
- Somebody who can utilise initiative and present suggestions and justifications rather than ask for resolutions.
- A problem solver.
