We have Roadmarking Assistant opportunities available based out of our Christchurch branch to support us to fulfill our Christchurch and our away contracts (outside of Canterbury). If you are motivated, reliable and physically fit, read on and consider this as your next potential career challenge.

Roadmarking Assistants are responsible for assisting road marking operators to operate road marking machines/vehicles and participate in manual work in all weather and traffic conditions.

Ideally you will have/be:

• A Full Class 1 driver's licence. Preference given to those with a Class 2 Full licence.
• A current Traffic Control Level 1 cert or higher (not a necessity as training will be offered for the right candidates)
• Mechanically minded and interested in learning about operating Roadmarking machinery.
• Flexible about when and where you work – working in road marking can include working extended hours, travel within the South Island and a mixture of night and day work.
• Physically able and interested in a long-term stable position.
• Able to pass pre-employment and regular drug testing.
