General Description:

• Monitor the self assessment of the different departments and log the 2nd line of defense
• Work with the management team to improve the application process Portfolio Management, perform the portfolio analytics and calculate loan loss provision calculation
• Work with IT to improve the systems that allow the credit analysts to evaluate the financial situation and credit worthiness of an applicant to acquire a new loan
• Perform profitability analysis of the portfolio
• Collections: Design and implement collection strategies
• Utilize SQL software

Requirements

Work experience requirements

-    At least 5 years of experience combined or individual is preferred in the following areas

·       Banking

·       Consumer lending / Finance

·       Internal audit

-    SQL knowledge is considered an asset

-    Advanced Excel skills

-    Internal audit experience / consulting experience in related industry

-    Consumer Risk Management doing Portfolio Analysis and Collections Policies is considered an asset
