The Division
The Customer Strategy and Technology team within Transport leads the development of long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We leverage data and insights, implement new technologies, drive innovation and build partnerships to provide customer-centred solutions. 
The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Revenue Administrator to join us in the Commercial & Contract Management Team within the Customer Strategy and Technology division. In this role, you would be responsible for supporting the Revenue Manager and Revenue Management Officers in the management of the ticketing and tolling revenue in line with agreed processes.
You will also provide accurate and timely compliance with revenue management policies and requirements including providing support to internal and external audits ensuring appropriate revenue management controls are in place.
What you will be involved in
You will work to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of reconciliation of funds movements and payments. You would support effective and efficient functioning of the team by assisting with the resolution of enquiries and issues in relation to specific finance activities and take appropriate action including referring for review by the Revenue Manager.
Providing administrative support, including but not limited to maintaining working or confidential revenue management files as required.
About you
You are an experienced Revenue administration professional with relevant tertiary accounting qualifications or relevant experience. A solid experience in funds management, reconciliation, maintaining reports and records are an essential.
You are a collaborator by nature with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
You are flexible, with the ability to adapt to a changing and sometimes uncertain environment. You have worked tight deadlines and have a successful track record in delivering great customer experience outcomes.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 5 ($85,103 - $93,616 per annum) plus superannuation and leave loading.
