As the Retail Store Manager, you'll get to take full responsibility for supporting the Senior Store Manager in making our retail operations sing and because we're a start-up (doing something nobodies done before) you'll get to shape and influence smarter ways of working, driving teams, optimising processes and developing a people-first culture.

You'll get to use your creative genius to ensure Zoomo's zero-emissions fleets are maintained to the highest standard and that our customers are always happy. You'll be managing all aspects of the retail business, ensuring our brand initiatives are executed flawlessly, our teams are proactive and that we're growing market share.

Requirements

Approx 1+ years experience supporting teams of +5

Experience in the e-bike or micro-mobility industry is a bonus

G-Suite, Fleet Management Software, POS, e-Commerce

Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

Proven track record in achieving performance KPI’s

Self-motivated, able to problem solve quickly

Positive and solutions focused
