Being part of the Active Cosmetics Division will give you direct influence in achieving our mission: to help everyone in their quest for healthy and beautiful skin.
We’re the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.
Our portfolio is composed of 6 brands offering a range of skincare and haircare across the world; Vichy, CeraVe and La Roche-Posay being just a few. The products respond to all expectations linked to beauty and health of the skin: from dermatological and aesthetics skincare to natural solutions, from the most accessible ranges to the most premium ones.
You will
• Establish L’Oréal as a best in class supplier which retailers will see as first choice to work with online.
• Negotiate and align business plans with pureplayers to create strong relationships with regular reviews of joint KPIs.
• Work closely with the Head of eCommerce and our retailers to improve the performance of our categories online. Gain category captaincy by leveraging promotions, media, partnership marketing, events, and other levers.
• Create and elevate with your team our Medical differentiation online and develop dedicate eventing plans.
• Collaborate with the multi divisions tribes and corporate functions to deliver efficient and innovative activation plans.
• Be an expert of e-Commerce best practices both internally and externally. Coach and transfer expertise to others internally to ensure e-retail forms part of their retail plans.
• Develop close working relationships with retailer, brands, content teams to ensure that our products are shown in the best possible way online and are easier to purchase. Negotiate best in class discoverability, findability and visibility on our products.
• Develop and share qualitative content with our online partners and propose value added services to elevate the Medical anchorage of our Brands.
• Provide feedback and revised proposals on how we can improve our bases sales within e-retailers
• Monitor our e-Commerce performance through KPIs, such as accurate sell-in sell-out forecasting, budget monitoring and communicating plans in an actionable timeframe.
• Manage THG P&L for the division
You have
• Alongside experience in a similar role and excellent leadership & communication skills, you should be confident demonstrating all of the following:
• Strong experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to network at pace and ensure the relevant stakeholders are identified and informed in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven track record of building effective relationships with complex senior leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organisation
• Proven knowledge of retailer strategies and objectives
• Digital expertise and ability to navigate the e-commerce channel
• Strong data analysis capability with the ability to integrate multiple source to build compelling recommendations
• Operating with discipline and attention to detail Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
• Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to lead and collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure product success and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Proven E-com experience & results
• Proven experience of managing customer P&Ls and eCommerce – Digital KPIs
• Good appreciation of digital marketing & supply chain in the beauty industry
