About the role:

This full-time, permanent Retail Sales Assistant role will work 40 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday.

We are seeking candidates who can deliver excellent customer service to our trade and DIY customers and assist them to find the right products to meet their needs. Your daily duties will vary from customer service, bringing in stock, replenishing shelves, merchandising new products and much more.

You will be a part of a very supportive, knowledgeable team that work together to deliver great service. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow your retail sales career.

An ideal candidate will have:

• a passion for customer service excellence
• retail sales experience, desired but not essential
• excellent listening, communication and solution focused skills
• the ability to take initiative, be mature and autonomous
• physical fitness as lifting and merchandising products is part of this role
