Life Pharmacy Meadowbank requires a Retail Manager to lead our small friendly team . We are a busy pharmacy, owned by local pharmacists, in a small suburban shopping centre in central Auckland . We are well known by our customers and we know our customers well. You will need to be to fit into this environment and be an effective manager by :

• having exceptional selling skills and using these lead the team by example
• able to prioritise high work volume.
• exceptional people skills and a real passion for the retail world.
• being able to set goals and monitor performance of these goals, to get the best out of our team
• maintaining exceptional store standards and driving retail promotions & events.
• being of the highest personal appearance
• training, coaching and co-ordinating our team
• ensuring stock levels meet customer expectations
• lead and grow our cosmetic business
• work with the owner in achieving the business's goals
• having good computer skills (ideally having a good understanding of TONIQ)
• experienced in the cosmetic industry
• Able to be a cosmetic counter manager as well

A minimum of three years in pharmacy is required and at least two years in management roles
